The technical depth that complex cases demand

He earned his law degree from UNAM’s Faculty of Law and specialized in intellectual property at the same institution. His career began at UNAM’s Institute for Legal Research, where he collaborated with Eduardo Ferrer-MacGregor on amparo proceedings and constitutional law.

Since then, he has built experience in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation, antitrust law, and personal data protection. He has worked with startups in the healthcare and financial sectors, biotechnology companies, franchises, and state governments. He has also collaborated with national and international media outlets on the analysis of current legal issues.

He joined Gurú.Legal in 2020 with a profile shaped at the most complex intersections of law: where intellectual property meets technology, data, and regulation.
